Information On This Website
The content on this website is provided for general information only. While we make
reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no

Enquiries, Quotes And Service Agreements
Any information, proposal or quotation provided in response to an enquiry is illustrative
only and does not constitute a binding offer. A contract between you and YIS Facility
Services Ltd for the provision of security services will only arise when a formal written
agreement, purchase order or other mutually agreed document has been signed or otherwise
confirmed in writing by both parties.
The terms of any individual service agreement will take precedence over these general
Terms & Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
Client Responsibilities
Where we provide on-site or mobile security services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your premises, operations and known risks.
- Ensure our officers have safe access to the site, including keys, passes and
necessary contact details. - Comply with all applicable health and safety legislation and provide a safe working
environment for our personnel. - Notify us promptly of any changes that may impact the delivery of our services,
such as building works, changes to opening hours or heightened risks.
Fees, Invoicing And Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our fees are calculated in accordance with the rates
set out in the relevant quotation or service agreement. We reserve the right to amend our
rates to reflect changes in statutory costs, wage requirements, insurance, or other
significant factors affecting the delivery of the services, subject to any notice period
agreed in your contract.
Invoices are normally issued monthly in arrears and are payable within the period stated
on the invoice. We may charge interest on overdue amounts at the statutory rate
applicable in the United Kingdom, and we reserve the right to suspend or withdraw
services where invoices remain unpaid.
Site Access, Health And Safety
You are responsible for ensuring that our officers and representatives are informed of all
relevant site rules, emergency procedures and health and safety requirements. We may
refuse to deploy or may withdraw officers from any site we reasonably consider unsafe or
where our staff are subject to abuse, violence or unacceptable behaviour.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or
personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any
other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the paragraph above, we will not be liable for:
- any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill;
- any indirect or consequential loss or damage; or
- any loss arising from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where we are found liable to you, our total aggregate liability in respect of all claims
arising out of or in connection with the provision of services (whether in contract, tort,
negligence or otherwise) will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the total
fees paid or payable by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event
giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is expressly agreed in your service
agreement.
Insurance
YIS Facility Services Ltd maintains appropriate insurance cover for its operations,
including (where applicable) public liability and employers’ liability insurance.
Evidence of current cover can be provided on reasonable request.
Confidentiality
We will treat as confidential any information relating to your premises, operations,
systems and procedures which we obtain in the course of providing services, and we will
not disclose such information to third parties except where required by law or where
disclosure is necessary for the performance of the services (for example, to our insurers
or professional advisers). You agree to treat as confidential any non-public information
about our business, pricing or procedures.

Privacy Policy. By using this website or entering into a
service agreement with us, you acknowledge that we may process personal data relating to
you, your staff, visitors or other individuals as necessary to provide our services and
administer our relationship with you.

our prior written consent.
Cancellation And Termination
Arrangements for cancellation or termination of security services will be set out in the
relevant service agreement, including any notice periods and charges. We reserve the right
to terminate or suspend services immediately if you fail to pay any undisputed amount when
due, commit a material breach of the agreement, or if continuing to provide services would
place our personnel at undue risk.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay
or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to
